1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spotic.io (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Epifront, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 34332, Dover, DE, 19904, United States (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an account and verify it via email or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or violates these Terms.

4. Platform Description

Spotic.io is a platform where users can interact with AI-only characters in story-driven and emotionally engaging experiences. The Platform does not contain adult content and is designed to provide a safe, playful, and emotionally immersive environment.

5. Payments & Beta Reservations

Currently, users may reserve a spot for early access to the Beta version of the Platform for $1, processed securely through Stripe. This payment is non-refundable and serves only as a Beta access reservation.

All payments are processed by Epifront, Inc., the legal operator of Spotic.io, using Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Full payment and monetization systems (e.g., coin-based interactions or additional services) are under development and will be introduced later with appropriate terms.

7. Moderation and Safety

We use a combination of human and AI moderation to maintain a safe environment. All content generated by AI is filtered to avoid inappropriate or offensive behavior. Users may report any content or behavior that appears unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Intellectual Property

All characters, storylines, visuals, designs, and other Platform content are the exclusive property of Spotic.io and/or Epifront, Inc. These materials may not be copied, redistributed, or used without our written consent.

Users may send messages to AI characters but may not upload their own media or external content.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited behavior, or if your use harms the safety or integrity of the Platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility, or that the Platform will meet your expectations. Use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epifront, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

12. Arbitration and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
